Real Talk: Combating Youth Violence

Memphis, TN – Violent crime in Memphis and Shelby County is going down, but youth violence isn't. The Memphis Shelby Crime Commission reports nearly 40 percent of the murder victims in 2009 were between the ages of 10 and 24. Crime Commission Executive Director Michelle Fowlkes told Candice Ludlow in order to address the issue of youth violence you have to look at the entire equation.
