Memphis, TN – Early voting is underway. One of the biggest battles is over the heavily Democratic 9th district. Who will represent Memphis in Congress - former Memphis mayor Willie Herenton or incumbent Congressman Steve Cohen? To help you decide, WKNO's Candice Ludlow sat down with both men and asked them the same set of questions.
