City of New Orleans: Amtrak's Service Through Memphis Resumes

Memphis, TN – Close to 50,000 passengers travel in and out of Memphis using Amtrak services every year. For almost 6 months the rail service has been using shuttle buses to transport customers to a temporary boarding location in Memphis. Nicole Erwin reports why customers can again look forward to direct service.
